TOPIC DESCRIPTIONS:
Courage and Survival
Dr. John Stoessinger believes that courage is one of the greatest virtues, without which all other virtues are worthless. Monetary and fiscal stimulus, while important, are not decisive. He feels the real problem facing our industry and our nation is the brooding sense of dread that continues to hover over the markets due to the terrible uncertainty caused by the September 11th disaster. Dr. Stoessinger strongly states that the problem does not lie with the economy, but with the psychology of the masses. In his presentation, Dr. Stoessinger addresses this critical issue and gives advice on what we, as Americans, can do to get our self-confidence back. His profound insights will help us endure the hard times and prosper in the years to come.
America: Leading the Global Economy
Japan's huge real estate bubble burst with a bang and they, consequently, have spent the last decade in a deepening recession paralyzed by inertia. As Americans, we have had our dot.com bubble burst and, on top of this, the disaster of September 11. What must we do now to avert the economic disaster that has paralyzed Japan? In his presentation, Dr. Stoessinger will share insights with your audience to help them gain a deeper understanding of our present situation and what we must do to prevail.TRAVELS FROM: California
