Bob Harrer has over 35 years of successful sales experience, with 20 years in sales management. Bob has hired and trained financial advisors for the last 10 years with one of the largest regional brokerage firms in the Midwest. He is president and CEO of a sales training business that specializes in “one on one” sales coaching. Bob tailors each program to the individual, based on their personality profile. His main premise is that everyone is responsible for their own actions; “no excuses.”

Bob has an extensive record of community service and was recognized by the city as “Volunteer of the Month.” As an employee of a regional brokerage firm, Bob was recognized as “Employee of the Year,” in 1989.

Bob received the Wisconsin Association of Securities Dealers prestigious “Community Service Award” in 1996. He is currently the host of a weekly television series called “The BOB show.” He was recently given a plaque honoring him for the 400th episode of the BOB Show of which he has been the host for over 10 years.
