David A. Goldsmith is co-founder of the Goldsmith Organization LLC and MetaMatrix Consulting Group Inc. Over the past 20 years he has founded or co-founded eight businesses ranging from distribution to manufacturing to advertising. David in 1999 also sold his Syracuse, NY based Image Promoters, Inc. a screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products company which he co-founded in 1986 to Proforma Associates, a 400 location franchises, after 14 years in business. He has been a consultant to various industries including long distance telephone service, textile industry, computer programming, hospitality and tourism, manufacturing, and retail. Working with business owners, corporate upper and mid-level management, David has improved clients positions.
Speaking for nearly two decades David has covered topics that include: change management, corporate and personal goal setting, strategic planning, using technology and communication, leadership, marketing and customer service. He has been delivering educational messages for over 19 years to various organizations and business such as the American Management Association, Citizen's Foundation, Syracuse University, the Wharton School of Business, National Federation of Independent Businesses, International Management Council, Professional Purchasing Association, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. His contributions have lead him to sitting on the Board of Directors of the Veterans Outreach Center, EMA Society/Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse, Board of Governors of the Citizens Foundation, American Society for Training and Development, the Leadership Council and Training and Education committees for the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce.

He co-founded Vision Enterprises as well as Gold Summer Storage, a storage company that operated on seven New York college campuses and three California Universities, The Cooper Coupon a coupon book publication, a college distribution company that circulated Publications Across the United States. David's accomplishments have appeared in written media around the world, including the Japanese version of Entrepreneur Magazine, the book College Cash, Business Today, Dollars & Cents, and several newspaper articles including the Financial Times of London.
Born and raised in Middletown, NY, David has studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Orange County Community College. He received a Dual Major with a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Psychology at Syracuse University. David graduated as a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta pre-med honor society, and also as a member of the psychology honor society Psi Chi. Upon graduation, he chose a business career rather than entering the medical profession, and pursued an MBA at Syracuse University.
A black belt in Tae Kwon Do, David is currently studying for his pilot's license.
