Did you know that over 90% of the meaning of your message comes from your non-verbal behaviors? Or that 80% of the decision whether or not to hire someone is decided within the first three minutes? As financial advisors you need to know that your prospects start to decide whether or not they want to do business with you before you even begin your sales pitch. You’ll walk away from this session knowing just how important your handshake, eye contact (or lack thereof) smile, body language and expressions really are.
