TOPIC DESCRIPTIONS:
Brief, Execute, Debrief...a fighter pilot's secret to business success.
In this session your group will learn how Fighter Pilots attack their missions in both training and combat. Brief, Execute, Debrief encompasses the following concepts:
• Brief - Learn how Fighter Pilots plan for a mission using the "Six Steps to Combat Mission Planning."
• Execute - Discover how Fighter Pilots ensure flawless execution in their missions by eliminating performance draining Task SaturationSM.
• Debrief - Implement nameless/rankless feedback sessions in your squadron to guarantee maximum learning.
Eliminating Task Saturation
Task SaturationSM (information overload) is the #1 productivity killer in business today. Learn how Fighter Pilots overcome Task SaturationSM by employing "The Three C's."
• Checklists - They provide critical guidance in an emergency situation and reinforce your normal daily procedures.
• Crosschecks - They will help keep you focused during information overload.
• Check Six - Use teamwork to guarantee that a wingman is always watching out for you.
The Afterburner Day (1/2 or Full Day Seminar - Up to 1,000 participants)
Our most popular, hands-on seminar for corporate management and sales, we show you how the tools employed by American Fighter Pilots can help you plan, execute, debrief, and win in today's fast paced world of business. Using a multimedia presentation, a role-playing breakout session with experienced military Fighter Pilots as facilitators -- and a riveting final hour that some say is the best in the business -- our Afterburner Seminars team takes those tools and seamlessly translates them into your own business environment. Our message? Brief. Execute. Debrief. = Win!!
The Afterburner Day is an interactive, hands-on experience where your team will compare the similar situations faced in business and in air combat. During the Afterburner Day, your group will work side-by-side with some of America's top Fighter Pilots and learn how we excel in the business of combat. Then your "Fighter Pilots" will apply these "real world" lessons directly to your business.
